The Executive Manager Programme (MBA) is the latest addition to EIRS portfolio of academic programmes. 
The programme is designed to cover the three main activities of the academia namely Study, Feild Visits and Research. 
The Programme consists of three stages:
Stage 1: Post Graduate Diploma in the specialism (taught, with 120 ECTS Credit value)
Stage 2: Feild Visits to various industries to observe modern management in practice (Germany)
Stage 3:Research Project supervised and published by the validating university (60 EIRS Credits)

A project manager is the person responsible for leading a project from its inception to execution. This includes planning, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of the project. 
Candidates will be introduced to the profession of project management and learn transferable skills that help them succeed in a project environment.  
- Apply concepts, tools and techniques for proposing, planning, resourcing, budgeting, monitoring, controlling and quality-assuring projects.  
- Discuss and evaluate the project manager’s role in ethical leadership, relationship management, communications, networking and the management of cultural issues.  
- Critically assess strategies for managing risk, uncertainty and ambiguity.
